Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGES

●Return and Exchange - Once the product receive by the company within 3 days after delivery to the client,  in another 7 days the exchange product will be delivered.. 
●All Return and Exchange are chargeable at Rs. 100/-. 
●Items purchased in packs/ bundles are not eligible for any Return.  They are only eligible for size Exchange and are chargeable at Rs. 100/-.
● No refund will be given.

● No exchange and returns on perfume, Perfume can be use on Fabric and not directly on skin.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGES - SALE ITEM 

●No Return and Exchange on sale item ( except clothing ).
●You can only Exchange clothing items purchased on sale for a different size in the same item or another clothing item in the same category. 
● Any price differences will have to be borne by the customer with a Rs 100/- shipping charges. 
●If the Exchange size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit note with a validity of 3 months from the date of issue. 
● No refund will be given
